Our Processing Process

If Billing information is different from shipping, we’ll have to verify. This may sometimes cause delay. Ophe-Beauty has the right to decline any order(s) and issue refund at our discretion. If billing and shipping address doesn’t match, Ophe-Beauty may call to verify before any product(s) can be process and ship out

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Depending on your location, custom fees may apply upon delivery. We don’t have chart available for specific country and charges, Please contact your local post office for more details

You’ll receive email from us with the tracking number once your order has been process, … and another email once it has been ship. If you don’t receive confirmation, processing and shipping information email from us, please contact us immediately by email or phone

We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of natural disaster.

BACK-ORDERS

We’ll Email you on all back-orders, and your shipment will be expedited. We’ll contact you via Email about the time frame of all backorders. If you require a refund, you’ll be refunded immediate but we’ll do our best to minimize the length of back-order time

CANCELLATION AND/OR MODIFICATION POLICY

Orders can be modified for any reason(s) No question ask … You can cancel for “full refund” if the product hasn’t been ship. If we already shipped your product and you cancel and it hasn’t been receive, you can call and cancel for full refund minus shipping. But if you received your product(s) and decides to return it, we’ll inspect it for any sign of usage. If we notice any use, No matter how minor it is, return wouldn’t be accepted and there would be NO refund! We have to take into account health issues of our customers

Human hair products that have been used can’t be resold because of hygienic reasons and federal law. Please return the item in its original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival, we’ll happily exchange your product(s) if it meets our return policy…No prior usage exchange policy.

If you receive your package damage or defective, please email us with picture and we’ll sent you a RMA with pre-pay shipping label via Email so you can return it

Please Note, all returns request must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of your package(s)

When you receive your products(s), examine the product to verify you have received the desired texture and lengths of your product. You can gently take the hair/product out of the plastic. You can determine if the product you have received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
